River Falls Cabin

River Falls is one of the most desirable family cabins in all of the Smokies. This real log cabin rests in a private, secluded setting in Cosby, Tennessee alongside Cosby Creek, a blue ribbon trout stream. The stream is over 60 feet wide next to River Falls.

Guests will enjoy the beautiful, tranquil grounds surrounding the cabin as well. There is plenty of room for horseshoes, yard darts, and other activities. River Falls is appointed with fine furnishings, large flat-screen TVs with cable television, and wireless internet. Guests can enjoy the 4-person spa on the back deck overlooking Cosby Creek.

Upstairs, River Falls has a small living room with a queen size sofa sleeper, flat screen television, and a Pac-Man multicade arcade game!

River Falls is about 12 minutes south of Newport and is a 25-minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. The Cosby entrance to the national park is only a 5 to 7 minute drive.

Multiple families/family members can also reserve River Falls Bungalow, a 1-bedroom log cabin about 150 feet from the main cabin. River Falls Bungalow sleeps 4 and includes a full kitchen.

    Great creek side cabin The location next to the creek was perfect; really felt remote/secluded. We enjoyed the fishing, hot tub and the arcade was fun for the kids. We would definitely stay there again

    Wonderful cabin Can't say enough good things about the location and cleanliness of the cabin. You can hear the creek from inside cabin and it lulled me to sleep every night. Outside from the porch we watched the horses from the neighboring farm. I hope we can come back in summer to enjoy the creek. Swing on back porch so nice. Book this one, you won't be sorry. Thank you for allowing us to rent it, thanks to Debbie, her husband and the owner, Mr. Hayes.

    MUCH NEEDED SLOWDOWN The property was very peaceful and as secluded. It was away from main roads. Good hottub. Plenty of space. 2 nice porches front and back. We relaxed a lot simply by sitting on the porch and listening to the creek.

    Spring Break Cabin was very nice. Hardwood floors were cold, perhaps another rug or two? Video/Arcade style game didn't work. Everything else was fine.

    A week by the creek When my wife and I arrived, the creek was swollen from the recent rains. It was fun watching it change from a raging river to a clear and beautiful mountain creek. I took a nap on the deck daily. It was so relaxing. The cabin was nice inside and out. The hot tub was a nice addition to have after a 10 mile hike on The AT.

    Relaxing First family vacation since our 3 yr old was born. Everything was just what we expected. The location was perfect. We were close enough to everything we needed but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Could not have asked for better weather for this time of year. The stream right outside the back door was so tranquil. All around great trip.

Had a great time staying here with friends. The river is lovely, and we all enjoyed a quiet, relaxing getaway.

Make sure you read all the notes around the house as some cleaning is required before you leave.
