Dollywood’s Flower & Food Festival 2026

One of our favorite places to visit and to tell others to visit in the Cosby, Tennessee area is Carver’s Apple Orchard. Carvers Orchard is a family owned business that began in the 1940’s and offers dozens of apple varieties throughout the harvesting season. The orchard is open year round offering homemade fried apple pies, apple butter, apple cider, jams and a wide variety of canned goods.
You’ll find more apple varieties than you can count as the season rolls around each year and prior to the apple harvest, they carry all types of fresh fruits and vegetables that can be enjoyed as local produce. Most is grown in the area.
During the season you will discover their Restaurant and their Candy Shop
A seasonal candy store has also been opened. The candy store features hand dipped chocolates, old fashioned candies and a variety of fresh taffy flavors. The Applehouse Restaurant though only opened seasonally, is always a customer favorite. Home cooked meals such as chicken and dumplings, fried catfish and fresh breaded chicken tenders are offered on the daily menu.
